How long does my order take to ship?

Items will ship in 3-5 business days.

Yes, items will ship internationally at buyers expense.

What is your return policy?

What if my item arrives damaged?

UPS requires that you take a photograph of the package, including packing materials, how it looked when it arrived at your location. Take the package with the photographs you took to the closest UPS near you. They will have you file a claim. UPS has a good reputation for settling claims. Send me an email to tell me what happened. I will refund your costs and/or send you a replacement item within a 2 week period.

USPS REQUIRES you to take photos of package condition when it arrived and contents as you received. Take photos and package to USPS and file a claim. USPS is not as speedy in settling claims as UPS. Send me an email to report what happened. I will refund your costs and replace the item within a 2 week period.
